A Holz Home begins as a carefully considered digital model. Floor plan, material, technology and operation are planned together from the outset – not decided on the building site. That creates clarity before the first component is manufactured.
02Prefabricating precisely
Whatever is repeatable belongs in the factory. That is where the essential components are made under controlled conditions – with clear processes, fewer interfaces and high precision. On the building site, what used to be many decisions becomes a plannable assembly.
03Operating digitally
