How we develop projects.
01Planning in dialogue
Good project development begins with listening. We bring landowners, municipalities, partners and expert perspectives together early on. That is how an idea becomes a concept that suits the place and remains viable.
02Building as a system
Digital planning and precise prefabrication give our projects pace and reliability. Whatever is prepared in the factory reduces complexity on the building site and makes quality repeatable.
03Taking responsibility
We think beyond acquisition and construction. For us, operation, energy and long-term quality are part of the development. That is how we create projects that work lastingly for the region, our partners and the operators.
On Steindamm in Lychen, a place made of wood is taking shape with a view of the water. The development plan is in place – now it moves into realisation.
At the Schneidemühle in Semlin, a new place made of wood is taking shape, right by the water. Together with the town of Rathenow we are working on the development plan.
At the Wolziger See, a new place made of wood is taking shape – in the middle of the Dahme-Heideseen nature park. Close to Berlin, embedded in mature woodland.
On a peninsula on the Keezer See, a new place made of wood is taking shape. With water access, mature trees and plenty of room to relax in nature.
On the Haussee in Himmelpfort, two new holiday homes are being built by the water and one new building facing the street. Compactly planned, clear in its expression.
„Good project development does not end with the development plan. It begins with taking responsibility for the place.“
