The project in context
Clear planning-law foundations are in place for the site. Two holiday homes have been approved; a further new building can be added on the street side. From this we are developing a small, precise project – on a scale that suits the place.

Two new holiday homes complement the site on the Haussee. The planning creates clear places to retreat to, with a direct connection to the water and the surroundings.

A further new building is being created on the street side. In this way the project combines a quiet address towards the village with an open, landscape-oriented side towards the water.
03Planning permission
Planning permission is in place for the holiday homes; the design is complete. Realisation can therefore be prepared in a focused way and in a clear sequence.
Location & context
Hausseestraße is located in Fürstenberg, around 75 minutes from Berlin. On just 1,080 m², a compact ensemble is taking shape that combines proximity to the water with the established structure of the village.
