The project-related development plan creates the binding framework for ten Holz Homes on Steindamm. The decisive step towards realisation has therefore already been taken.

Floor plans, concept and construction quotes are in place. The next phase turns this preparation into precise execution – with clear processes from design to assembly.

Each unit gets its own access, a terrace and a connection to the water. On a compact site, this creates a place that combines closeness to the landscape with privacy.
