A good place emerges through dialogue.

Our walls are more than a shell. Insulation, wiring and sensors are factored in early and precisely prefabricated. That reduces work on the building site, saves time during assembly and lowers energy demand in operation over the long term.

Our Holz Homes connect the key systems centrally. Sensors and controls respond to demand and help to use energy wisely – without any loss of comfort. In this way technology, indoor climate and everyday life work together as one system.

We document the materials in our Holz Homes. Origin, properties and certifications remain traceable. That creates transparency, makes maintenance easier and enables conscious decisions when building.

Wood is renewable, stores carbon and creates a good sense of space. That is why it is the central material of our construction method. It allows us to conserve resources, use fewer emission-intensive materials and build for the long term.

A good floor plan turns less floor area into more home. Clear circulation, well-conceived details and flexible rooms create a high quality of living in a compact space. That saves material and energy – and makes small houses feel surprisingly large.

Our Holz Homes are built where people can reach nature quickly. Proximity to urban centres combines relaxation with good accessibility. That saves travel, reduces emissions and strengthens the regions in which we build.
